Personalized Service:

• Tri-County performs a complete security analysis of the site, including special concerns and/or needs, and provides a detailed report of recommendations for each location, prior to furnishing a security.
• Assigned officers are thoroughly schooled in the site's particular security needs with complete training and orientation by the Captain responsible for the account.
• If the assigned officer is not available, or if the client is not satisfied with the assigned officer, another qualified officer will be assigned, immediately.
• Tri-County has a reserve force of security officers available to clients, on short notice or for an security needs, resulting in our record of proper coverage, unsurpassed in the industry.
• An account executive visits with the client on a monthly basis, to ensure the client's complete security needs are addressed with the highest level of service, and to capture input from client's staff.
